To use your feet for transformation. 

 

As breathing can be a daily joy — 

When it has been practiced and developed. 

Walking can be a gift of life — 

When there is mindfulness present. 

 

Go for a walk to heal yourself — 

Go on a walk for real enjoyment. 

Not to rush here and there — 

Not to achieve some great project. 

 

Focus your attention on your feet — 

To a solid level of less thinking. 

Set a pace that is not so rushed — 

Then smile, and enjoy the present.
