Aching and stiff. 

Feel your tired brain — 

Your heart stressed with it. 

 

Put your pen down — 

Your tablet and phone. 

Step away from your screen — 

Unbuckle all your chains. 

 

It is important that we stop — 

Take slow and mindful breaths. 

Reconnect our body and mind — 

Remember our precious life.
