If you can take ten mindful breaths — 

You have opened the door of stopping. 

You have given yourself an opportunity, 

An opportunity to stop running. 

If you can take twenty more mindful breaths — 

You have taken your foot off… 

The accelerator of non-stop thinking, 

The train of endless worrying. 

If you can take another thirty mindful breaths — 

You have entered the realm of joyful rest. 

The realm of relaxing your mind,

A great badge of mindful breathing. 

If you can take a third set of thirty — 

You will see the door of a healthy mind. 

From this point forward there is a path — 

To your healing and transforming.
