Rain from the Stars —
Rain is made from the dust of stars —
Requiring the warmth of the sun.
To be a liquid that evaporates —
And fall from clouds as rain.
Mountains are formed by tectonic plates —
By pressures and heat from deep within.
By weathering effects like rain and ice,
By plants and trees as well as people.
We are formed from countless things —
From sunlight and plants, animals and minerals.
From the gravitational forces of cosmic bodies,
From ideal conditions in Earth’s history.
All things have depended upon all others —
In their make-up and supporting conditions.
This is the world of interbeing —
Where all things are connected.
